I am a detail-oriented architectural designer aiming at quality and productivity with 10+ years of experience in residential and commercial design.

 

I work on projects which includes development of architectural, conceptual designs and technical specifications for construction-ready projects within the timeline. I am well-experienced in modeling accurate and appealing 2D - 3D images and renders.

 

I am highly skilled in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, Lumion and Photoshop.

 

I hold a bachelor in Architecture and a master in Project Management. I am currently a PhD candidate and architecture professor.

In this article, a Project Development Methodology is proposed framed within University Social Responsibility, oriented to offering solutions to the needs of the community and thus generate a positive impact over it.

 

Using descriptive and transversal methodology, the current situation of project methodologies and social responsibility are studied through the analysis of background information, theories, and approaches of a number of authors.

 

The results have been methodologically validated and considered relevant for their application in the field of research, social responsibility, and project development.

Project development is one of the essential skills to be strengthened when training architects. However, methods to develop projects are either not established or vary in structure and sequence, responding to various themes and variables.

 

Various studies related with architectural practices are reviewed to find relevant data, common aspects and the critical variables that guide these investigations.

 

The information is then processed through descriptive statistical analysis, organizing and tabulating the data. Subsequently, the most relevant findings are being reflected, analyzed, and described.
